Firstly, determine the notice required to terminate the services of your current Strata Manager. You will need to refer to your current Agency Agreement for this and it may be necessary to obtain a copy from your Agent.

Having made the decision to change strata company, the Committee (via the secretary) provides the outgoing Agent with a formal written notice of termination of services, including a copy of the general meeting minutes, with a copy of these documents to Genesis Strata.

Committee Member(s) convene a committee meeting to discuss proposals for Strata Management that have been obtained.

The Strata Committee, having decided upon the preferred candidate, at a properly convened Committee Meeting authorises the convening of a General Meeting to consider the motions below.

Genesis Strata, on behalf of the committee, liaise with the outgoing Agent regarding the hand-over of the schemes records.
